THREE-MONTH TRANSFORMATION

Are you just beginning on your path to wellness, but recognize how much you could benefit from someone educated and experienced as you begin? Spend an hour  with Mary and review your health history and three-day food journal. She will prepare recommendations and help you formulate a basic plan, which includes transition to the full diet, including support during a 30-day elimination period and a 30-day reintroduction period. A 30-minute follow-up is conducted once a week for the duration of the three months. This package includes unlimited email support, a tailored healing plan, and an initial appointment with a history.

SIX-MONTH TRANSFORMATION

Do you have a strong commitment to major personal change?  Spend an hour talking with Mary and reviewing your health history and three-day food journal.  She will prepare recommendations and help you formulate a basic plan, which includes transition to the full diet, support during a 30-day elimination period and a 30-day reintroduction period.   She will also help you adopt the lifestyle changes necessary to move you to complete health. A 30-minute follow-up is conducted once a week for your first three months and twice a month for the fourth through sixth months. This package includes unlimited email support, a tailored healing plan, and an initial appointment with a history.
